Just an hour ago, YMCA participated in the first civil society march ever in the State of Qatar, calling for Climate Finance and Justice and leadership from the Arab nations in combating Climate Change!
This march came as African environmental ministers arrived today and those of other countries will arrive in the beginning of next week for the high level segment. For African nations, prevention of Climate Change and the availability of funds for adaptation to the consequences we are already seeing is a matter of life and death.
